When we drive past signs for Burton Agnes I always imagine an elderly couple.

I live near Canford Bottom and we have the River Piddle nearby plus a whole lot of Piddle villages and a Piddle brewery with, of course, a wide selection of Piddle ales (plus some other ales with equally rude names ).

I love the village called Wetwang...they have an excellent Scarecrow festival each year.
Somewhere in East Yorkshire...out Howden way, I think...is Land of Nod.
Somewhere else, though I can't remember where, is Lost.
On one of the Orkney isles, there is a hamlet called ....oh no, I daren't put that on here!
(but it begins with T and ends with TT with WA in the middle.)
