Spent a lovely few hours wandering around Wakehurst Place in Sussex today, the weather was lovely and the place was heaving in the car park but once we were in inside the space meant people spread out and it did not feel too crowded.
The Magnolia’s did look amazing and the Rhododendrons are coming into their own but a few of the Camelia’s had been touched by frost. Most of the spring bulbs are just about over but the walled garden holds a lot of potential.
Still, it is a fantastic place to visit and I have to say the soup in the restaurant was as good as home made!

Must go there more often!

Jerry glad you had a good day at Wakehurst place, looks like a good garden to visit, one for the note book.
Kind regards Old Herbaceous.
It will either rain or get dark.
