Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
* 2 cups unbleached white flour
* 2 tsp. baking soda
* ½ tsp. sea salt
* 5 tbsp. cocoa powder
* ½ tsp. cinammon
* ¾ cup semi sweet chips
* 1/3 cup water
* ¾ cup sugar
* ¼ cup brown rice syrup
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method:
*1.Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2.In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
3.Add wet mix to dry mix and stir together real well. Using your hands is the easiest. Batter will be quite stiff, and somewhat oily.
4.Make balls and then form them into cylinders. They should be maybe 1.5 inches / 4 cm in diameter and maybe 1/2 inch / 13 mm thick.
5.Bake at 350F/180C for 12-14 minutes.
