Today I purchased 4 lamb shanks from the butcher, they look yummy.

Also try www.taste.com.au - lots of recipes
to try there. Site is also great for interesting
budget recipes - page after page, although you
have to bear in mind that some things that are
cheap in Aussie are not here but loads of
different things to try regardless.
