Hi All,
For the first time, this year we have loads of muscat d'hambourg grapes - far more than we can eat.
Any ideas on preserving, drying, any recipes?
With wine here costing little more than a euro per litre, don't think we'll bother making any.
Anything you can come up with will be appreciated as we don't want to lose them.
