The Gooseberry Galette from May issue

Gets top marks from me. Yum, yum.
Using a fan oven (fairly new to me), 22 minutes was a bit long, the gooseberries were a little charred. Obviously, as it isn't August, they were from frozen which might affect it.
Next time, I'll turn the temp down by 10 degrees (probably).

Otherwise brilliant. (We need a thumbs up emoji :D )

P.S. I cooked it in a flan tin, not loose on a tray.
