tomatillos

Decided to roast some of the tomatillos - just spread them out on a baking tray and popped them in the oven for 12-15 mins. They sort of exploded into mounds of gooseberry tasting deliciousness and we had them as a side dish with some fish. Would go equally well with pork.

Or you could make a salsa - but I didn't as I was lacking some of the needed ingredients.
