Pickled Rainbow Chard

Postby Westi » Mon Apr 18, 2016 6:01 pm

Just opened an e-mail from KG Zeddit folk with a recipe for this. It looked so colourful & I thought actually it could be a good way to preserve some. Chard I like, but the stalks can be a bit bland but they take up other flavours well.

Unfortunately I have no decent stems left as been harvesting all winter, but hope I remember this later in the year when the new lot are grown.

Here's the link if your not signed up. www.kitchengarden.co.uk/Pickled-Rainbow ... y?el=25272. (Hmm how come that didn't go blue to indicate a web address)?
