Just made it from this months KG mag - very nice! Pg 100 - just choose a tasty goats cheese.

Nice of you to share.

I don't know how to buy goats cheese, I don't particularly like it when it's dry and sharp and I have never managed to buy a ripe one.

Please educate me on goats cheese Westi.

I always buy it from the deli (or deli counter) & ask for a taste! No expert here just what I think is nice.
