This can be done in the oven or on a BBQ. If doing on a BBQ wrap in a double layer of foil and bake on the BBQ for about 20 mins. Bake in conventional oven on medium heat for 15 mins or until everything has melted.
Ingrediants to serve 4:
4 very large breakfst mushrooms
Half pack butter, softend
3 cloves of garlic either crushed to a paste or finely chopped
Dried chilli to taste
Salt and pepper
Method:
Place the mushrooms in a baking dish.
Mis the butter, garlic, chill, salt and pepper and spread onto the mushrooms thickly.
Cook in a medium oven as above.
Serve on buns or separately with salad.
