Salad of raw root vegetables with a middle-eastern dressing served with home-made labneh. Made this spring with bought beetroot and carrots etc.
I'll post a recipe if anyone's interested.

Interested in the Labneh - do you flavour it with anything to serve alongside or as it comes. That appears to be a lot - do you make your own yoghurt as well?

Hi Westi
We eat it with the raw salad. Just yoghurt and salt strained. We use 450 gr natural yoghurt from Llaeth y Llan.

You might be a bit damper/ wetter than us but you have lots more outlets for natural & wonderful produce as a result. Only tried strained yoghurt a couple of times but only got supermarket stuff to start so always weeps a bit before it's served. I don't think I salted enough either.
Thanks Alan for the post - I think I will try again as can think of so many uses.
