Has anyone got a failsafe recipe for these? All the recipes I try are too dry and I like the ones that are set around the edges but a little bit gooey in the middle and with that nice sort of sheen on the top that is a little bit cracked - oh and with or without nuts! (I know not asking for much!)
I usually avoid the beginning of the month baking fund raising (everyone bakes something but if you want to try things you put money in the selected charity bin for that month), but accidently walked in when they were doing the draw. These guys are serious bakers & I'd like to make some money for Alzheimers and save face.
