Oh my goodness, you'd better set up a Soup Kitchen! What variety of squash is it? We've found that when we have a surplus of them, some of the flesh can be turned into a very nice vegetable curry mixture with various types of dried beans and some Mediterranean vegetables like peppers thrown in for good measure.

We share our soups with our dogs.. If it is cooked with chicken necks etc they will eat anything. Even raw chopped apples now.
