Has anyone tried them?
I don't have so many courgette flowers that I can spare them for eating but I do have lots of pumpkin flowers. They're prerty big, mind you. I was thinking of trying them in a tart rather thsn stuffing them.

Not thought of trying them but pretty much the same family as courgettes so deffo edible, but think might just turn into mush on the tart & may not carry the colour either. I'm not really happy with deep frying anything & just don't! (nothing to do with health just don't like hot oil - scary)!

I have never tried, but I know that many prefer them. I think this life we should try everything, including pumpkin flowers. :)
