You might be interested in two articles on artichokes with nine recipes in the February issue of 'Country Kitchen' (including a chicken and Jerusalem artichoke stir fry!). I bought it by chance today and it's not really my scene, but it certainly contains lots of other recipes with vegetables.

Dear Wellie, tried your artichoke and onion recipelast night. Absolutely delicious. Had no veg stock to hand but white wine (which I did happen to have) worked a treat. Went very well with pot roasted partridge!

Given that it has two delicious sounding recipes, should I move this to the recipes section?

I'd say yes too. It is sometimes difficult to get culinary inspiration, and if it gets posted in the wrong section, I'd like to think that it can be moved to the correct section of the forum by the people that know better.
