Hello. I introduce myself, they call me Marc. I am from France, city of Lyon. Apparently like everyone else here, I signed up to chat and share with forum members. At the moment, I have a little worry and I think I'm in the right place to help. Thank you for your welcome.

Welcome Marc!

From France so fully understand why you would introduce yourself on the cooking section! Share your problem (or little worry) & the fine people on here will help! We are pretty much resigned to the fact that your summer crops in particular are better than ours but we do the best we can & can get pretty creative with how we use them, & I personally think we are even more creative with our winter crops which create challenges of their own, especially with the deluges they are getting this year!

Hi Marc, welcome from me too. I'm also more interested in the cooking side of things than the gardening. But I have to grow stuff to get certain ingredients I need. I'm having mixed results but this forum is always very helpful.
