Does anybody know a good recipe for Rolet Squash..? :D

Welcome to the Forum Blackmoa. I'm not sure but if rolet are like the small gem squash, they are nice baked, halve, reassemble, wrap in foil to keep in juices but allow any steam to escape bake till tender.serve with butter and pepper
ideas for doing a bit more?
You could stuff with
garlic mushrooms, part way through cooking.
Or you could serve stuffed with a salsa of fresh tomato, olive oil and basil, which you could spoon in at the end of cooking.
Or gently fry some onion in olive oil add breadcrumbs and mix in some chopped anchovy fillets and the oil they come with to stuff squash.
Or gently fry some onion in olive oil, add breadcrumbs and parmesan to taste.
:lol: or get stuffed with anything else that takes your fancy leftovers comes to mind, from a bolognaise, chilli, or a fruit and nut cous cous, pinenut and pumpkin seed stuffing, get as creative as you like.
