Hi

After a very productive morning on lottie I finally got around to
digging up the horseradish to move to a more out of the way spot.
What I have though is loads of it - what's the best way to
perserve it? Does it freeze or should you make something with
it?

Thanks Westi

We have a big clump of horseradish which I am sure everyone thinks is dock! Being a wimp after my dealings with chilli I haven't ever used any yet.

Hi West, Johnboy has the answers to all your questions on horseradish.

In the meantime, if you do search on the forum you should find some of his previous posts involving planting/storing in sand.
