Have just harvested a few of these and they are red or pale pink at least potatoes, is this the usual colour for them? For some reason I expected them to be whites, but dont know why I thought that, however, the plants themselves are in superb condition and the potatoes are very clean and pest resistant.

Hi Compo,
Indeed, they are a red potato. Superb condition, what do you think to there cooking qualities and flavour?

Not sure yet oxalis, to tell you the truth I was desperate to find out what they were growing like so I pulled up one plant and they looked good, will let you know about the storing and cooking soon
