We picked three of our cauliflowers yesterday two of them weighed 1lbs 8oz each fabulous caulis. Made them into cauliflower soup yesterday with some of our onions (picked early because of a problem mole) and made some home made bread to eat with it, it was superb.

We have never grown caulis like this before. Even our brocolli were better this year than any year before. :)

I can highly recommend Cheesy caulis.

Cauli's go well in mixed vegetable pickle.

Hi Beryl Sorry my internet stopped working yesterday and it is only just got sorted tonight. I am going up to the plot on Sunday and will look at my seed box to tell you what it was. (Yes the seed was called Cheesy) They are really tasty. Just picked the last one today.

Thanks Catherine. I did do a search on the internet and couldn't come up with anything.
