Probably my best ever shallot plant. A single set of Red Sun (bought at the local garden centre 20 for 75p) produced 11 big shallots. If you think they are not ready, too green, I pulled them to put in a rabbit casserole a couple of days ago.

I'm not surprised you're happy Alan - looks like you are going to have a nice lot to store. (Bet the bunny casserole was nice too).

Wow, they look grand, Alan! And I bet they tasted lovely, too, as well as the rabbit. Rather you than me, though, because I hate the taste of rabbit - sorry.
