Not really a kitchen garden question but I am sure there is an expert out there that could help.
A friend has a Christmas cactus that has produced a seed pod. Neither of us has ever seen one before and out of curiosity we would like to try and germinate and grow on if possible from the seed.
Can anyone tell me what is the best way to treat the pod first. Should we wait till it is all dry and drops off or whatever?
and then how is the best way to germinate the seeds.
