Is this a Mushroom

Have these coming through my chippings on the plot are they be mushrooms and if they are edible?

I would say not ,the first thing to check for is a ring on the stem most but not all mushrooms have one toad stools don't ,be very careful what fungi you eat

I wouldn't eat either of them but then I don't eat mushrooms!!

They don't look like any edible ones I've seen. Be extremely cautious even if you think you know what they are, even experts have accidentally poisoned themselves.
