If you haven't seen it, here's a thread from a while back discussing Mangels (in this case, my Yellow ones). Amongst the replies is a lovely link from Alain: http://www.kitchengarden.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4630&view=previous
In the meantime, you've whetted my appetite and a quick Google revealed a number of places that can supply Red Mangel seeds and I'm going to order some. Since there will be far more than I need, you are welcome to drop me a PM if you'd like a few seeds to try along side your yellow ones.
If you want to get some yourself, the site I found is: http://www.seeds-by-size.co.uk/beet98.html It's not the easiest of sites to buy things from an relies on using Paypal. However for anyone wanting seeds in medium to larger quantities, it might be attractive.
