Thinning tomato plant leaves

My greenhouse tomato plants are healthy and growing really well with a good amount of tomatoes ready to ripen, and more to come. But as I've grown three plants per growbag, the foliage is quite dense and shading many of the trusses. I've trimmed some of the lower leaves and need to create more light, but unsure of just how much more thinning I can do without it impacting on the plant. Can anyone advise me?

I too have started removing those leaves that are shading the trusses, I have in the past at the end of the season removed all of the leaves and the plants just threw out more. I don't think you need to be too fussy, the plants seem very robust, my option is if it's shading tommies, it's off!!.
