Posting a picture is technically beyond me but we need help with identifying a plant that was donated to our community garden by a supporter.

The plant grows up to about 3 foot tall and has long, narrow dock shaped leaves that are a smoky green and have a slightly serrated edge. The leaves taste like wasabi. We need to know if it is a useful plant or if we should dig it up. Thanks in advance.

I was thinking horse radish too. If it sends out a flower they will be a small white cluster if it is horseradish.
