It's beaten me, Colin...maybe if you could get a close up picture of the leaves and flowers, that might help...
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

It looks as if it could be related to the Money plant...so maybe from the Casulla family!
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Dear Colin,
that is one seriously ropey Kalanchoe. If you want to salvage it take some cuttings in a couple of months. After you have cut them off leave them to allow the cut end to callus over; about a week should do then put into some cutting compost with at least 1/4 by volume sand or grit. Don't over water though.
Regards Sally Wright.

Hi Colin,

I agree with the above. I brought a tiny one in a Santa 'Christmas' display pot (2 inch) from a Certain German owned supermarket
that rhymes with 'Riddle.' Mine has pink flowers (they flower and grow towards window, so I Rotate it), but they come in yellow, white, orange and also red flowers. Put it on my kitchen window and it is a bit of a thug, grew to a bush within two years.

I am tempted to grow on cuttings, like Christmas cactus they let out roots (look like thick brown threads) just below a 6 cm section of leaves. I break these off, put the roots in water (small egg cup) for a couple of weeks (on window) and then pot them in small pots of compost.

This method works for me, but my kitchen window is South facing, a West facing window works well too.

Wendy.
