how do i get the funky picks onto my message, not very good at this im afraid and number 1 son is out at swimming, can anybody help thanks[/img][/list][/code]

can anybody tell me how to get the photos onto my message. number 1 computer wizzard son out at swimming and I have not the foggiest idea what to do
