Personally my heart sinks when I receive "shut down for maintenance" messages from the institutions I deal with. Often means nothing will be back up and running in the time promised. The Tudors and other medievals didn't have to suffer this when their quill pens became scratchy. . I suppose they just went out and plucked another feather from the cockeril

I'm sure everthing will run very smoothly!

Is it only me that gets emails about members posting on topics even though I've unsubscribed umpteen times they keep coming
