You shopping cart does not work when I use “kg18sep” and is also showing wrong about for p&p.

There is no email address for you on your website only a phone number or frequently asked questions of which no apply to my issue.

Hi Colin. The problem has now been fixed.

Our suppliers D T Brown have also said that if you wish to order the free offer (just pay p&P) you will need to add two of the winter greens collections to your basket then enter the code to receive both for £5.95.

Any other problems please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Sorry you are still having problems Colin. I've passed your message on to D T Brown, but in case they need more info would you like to either send me your email address via private message so I can pass it on to them, or perhaps give them a ring and phone in your order. If the latter the number is 0845 371 0532 (calls cost 3p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge).

In the meantime I'll let you know as soon as I have an update/advice from them.

All the best, Steve

Hi Colin. If you look at the bottom right hand corner of the box. On the white margin is a circle with a cross in it. Click on that and the box should close for you. It is cut off on your picture above.

The page will not scroll down.

When I use the scroll bar it only moves the page behind the pop up.

Hi Colin,

Thanks for the information. I will pass the information onto the developer to see if we can replicate this issue and resolve it.

However, I would advise that site would most likely only be designed to be compatible with the latest version of Firefox and other browsers which won't be available on Windows XP since Microsoft withdrew support for this in 2014.

Thanks
