I think every forum have people who read every post but never join in I do it myself on a rugby forum the reason I don't post is the attitude of a lot of members on it I read it for the latest news on what's happening ,this forum is just the opposite very friendly and informative if anything I think it's the expertise
on here that frightens new members away most people are frightened to make a fool of themselves by replying wrong or asking what they see as stupid questions

Take Mike J for example - joined on 14th March and asked a question (leaving aside that he appears to have asked the question before he joined) which generated a thread of responses but he last looked on 15th March and didn't acknowledge the replies

There has been another recent similar example but I can't recall it.
