Growing watercress

I didn't like land cress either, have to say I don't find watercress any hassle at all, it germinates well, slow to start growing, but then suddenly bursts into action, just rinse it under a tap and eat it whilst wandering round the garden.
Been gardening for over 65 years and still learning.

The watercress flowers are quite hot but nice and tender and would be good mixed in a salad to liven it up a bit.
