We have a new visitor to the garden - this cheeky young robin has been supervising our visits to the compost heap. He's fearless. Hope the cats don't spot him.

Lovely photo Diane. We've had a good year for robins and most other birds this year despite the cat eating rather a lot.

I wish I had my camera this morning when there was a young robin that was just shedding it's baby plumage. It had a lovely sleek red breast poking out of what looked like a very tatty feather dress.
