Since I last mowed the lawn three small areas of the lawn have turned white. We've no bitches, I'm not aware of foxes, but we do have lots of hedgehogs that leave little wavy trails across the grass at night. I wonder whether the stuff to neutralise dog stains would work?

Dear Plumpudding, the big house where i work at on a Friday, has a large garden that is securely fenced in and has hedgehogs in it. And the lawns there get these bleached, white marks and as there is no dog, i think you could be right about the hedgehogs causing the marks.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

No they don't treat the patches wit anything, Plumpudding, but the patches soon seem to fill in again.....and the lawns are also huge, so the patches don't show up as much, as if it was a smaller area.....
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

I'll try a bit of lawn food then and see if it helps green it up again. It's lovely to have the hedgehogs back anyway.
