How broody can a hen be !

Four times this year...managed to unbroody the little pekin every time, apart from the last time when she hatched some frizzles. They are now 6 weeks old and she's gone broody again overnight. You'd think she'd had enough of raising pesky kids by now - seeing as the day light levels are down.

And the language they come out with when you try to persuade them it's way too late in the year for sitting around on eggs :shock:
