Went for a short walk into the hills on a new route, very hot and bright so not a lot around, found some Red legged Partridges

The photos are very beautiful! Do you shoot them with your phone or camera? My phone just doesn't take great pictures. Photo quality, detail is not very good. My thoughts go back to buying a good camera so that I can save all the interesting moments. I looked at several reviews, now I read information about popular cameras here https://homemakerguide.com/best-low-light-camera/, but there is not enough knowledge to understand which is better and make the right choice. Or is it easier to just buy a phone with a powerful good camera? I don't even know which is best.
