Clive,
That's a mystery.
All I have is the phone number - 0115 927 2321.
From the instruction leaflet.
Service is great - prices for spares - rip off!

How do these people compare on prices?

I have also just purchased a sheen x300 flame gun without any instructions or user guide, and I wondered if anyone had a copy that could be e-mailed to me.

Thanks for looking,
johnp.

I've recently considered a flame gun but I haven't seen paraffin for sale anywhere.

Can you help ?

What about propane power ?
How are you supposed to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle if it completely removes a wine lover’s reason to live?

Contact:

Plumbers torch, plus a roofers attachment, results in a 3' wand with a baked bean tin on the hot end.
I have one and it's easy to use and very hot.

If you get one use it with the propane tank in a wheelbarrow, much easier and, with substantial stuff to burn, such as glyphosated couch n weeds, safer.
Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.
