Hi all I have a acto commadore b12 with a mangled carb my question is I'm struggling to get hold of a replacement carb. But I have found a FHC20 11A will this fit the mower or will it be jetted wrong compared to the FHC20 13A

Tecumseh engines were made in Europe by Aspera and used Dellorto carbs. In the US Tecumseh used their own. The Tecumseh carbs look an awful lot like Dellotos, so similar I think they either had a "tie in" or just copied them. Anyway cheapo Chinese copies of Tecumseh carbs are suddenly all over eBay, I would check them, and give the nearest copy a go.
