I was using my Ryobi BrushCutter the other day and the head had worked loose. Stripped it and the clamp holding the head on was worn. I got it from BQ a few winters ago didn't have the recept but had the book so phoned up Ryobi to see if I could buy a new shaft..."Oh no sir it should not have done that if I send you the part can you fit yourself"
So today bascally I get half a Brushcutter in the post. FREE.....Well Happy.......going to buy their stuff again.
