My copy was also sitting on the luxuriously thick piled hall carpet when i returned from work, for lunch. :wink:

Mine arrived this morning, and for future reference I've had an attack of efficiency and noted my subscription reference number on the grey plastic cover (think that's what it is) and the date of expiry in my computer diary.

Yes the customerID is on the grey bag - for some magazines its a white sheet inside the clear bag with your address on it - the customer ID being a 5 digital number on the top.
But nevermind! whilst I run the digital issues (See them in action on the KG website > Digital Copies) - you still can't beat a printed edition.

Digital is useful for those in far off lands - who want to read the current edition before its consigned to history :)
