As I understand it tiger worms (used in a wormary) will kill off normal garden worms.

So will normal garden worms be ok in a wormery and if so can you buy them?

When on holiday in the Lake District I remember getting up to thousands of little frogs making there way across the patio to their favourite place.

Notice the cress I buy from the supermarket has 80% Rape seed & 20% cress.

Am I eating rape & cress or does the rape seed do something else like feed the cress?
