What kind of sweet?Can we help!

Checked today for curds,definatly begining in 4 more.If these spread over the season it is perfect for the amount we eat,is this because of this years weird weather or normal for this variety?

Are the new leaves a nice pale green and shiney?- if so in my experience it`s healthy.I do wonder about the feeding,the one I have in a container is 3 yrs,in a smallish pot and I have only fed it once,I suspect there are others with better advice.

I suppose what you do depends one how many apples you get that are not windfalls.
