I think this one is a combination of common sense and social responsibility, on both sides. Our's to put in only what we should. The council to draw up the list properly and collect often enough. Arguing the list(s) could be never-ending, the collection should be weekly though, unless we are allowed...

My nice neighbour over the road has given me a greenhouse today! :D :D :D

It is a growbag type plastic cover one, but most welcome both for its designed use and for future big greenhouse staging.
