I can normally be found in the local park with a bag and a pair of secateurs foraging for elderberries, acorns, blackberries and even nettles.

I'll ask my folks where they got theirs from, it was under 2K and pretty big, with double doors one end. They had to build it themselves, as assembly was extra! It's very nice though :)

I'm still picking tomatoes & the peppers are finally ripening. The french beans are done and are coming out this week. WInter brassicas and leeks are just getting into their stride! I have 4 large chilli plants in the greenhouse which are absoltuely smothered, I may need to make some paste or sa...

I’ve got some kalettes, which last year lasted for months. One PSB survived the slugs, so hopefully we’ll get a bit of that in Jan/Feb. Leeks coming along nicely too. I only have a teeny plot, so can only grow a little.

Yes, we are! We have a robin that chips away until we feed him, he is often buzzing around in front of the door trying to get our attention. Also the doves pootle up the patio looking for us.

1” wide? That’s quite big, I was thinking pigeon or dove perhaps. Is it white or blue? Hard to tell.

It’s a Yucca Myrkk. Also can be a houseplant, but can survive outdoors. Mine flowered every years for a few years, but it got too big and I had to remove it.
