I'd never buy a cookbook with no recipe measurements - wouldn't trust myself not to mess it up and waste the ingredients. I...

Re: Happy Birthday.
Thank you all - the sun is shining (a bit) so we are off to Poole Park lakes to feed the ducks later on, with appropriately suitable duck food. I've been a bit lazy over the festive season and need to blow away the cobwebs. I've a little bag of oats and layers pellets for the ducks so that should be...

Curry leaves
Afternoon all, I've been making curry all afternoon - and just wondered if it's possible to grow my own curry leaves. This is the plant - (Murraya koenigii). Not the yellow flowered Helichrysum smelly one that grows outside in the garden. I would think it's best to grow it indoors. Anyone had succes...

What an interesting dilemma - I'd plant them and just see what happens, if you have the room.

Re: Early Autumn Bits and Bobs.
Right - there's absolutely no room left in the greenhouse. Just dragged all the banana plant, canna and ginger lilies into their winter bedroom, as my weather app said it would be 2 degrees tonight. I'm knackered - it took 2 of us to lift some of the pots. Now the weather app has said it was fibbing...
