I think it's very possible....Diego sounds like a very astute pussy cat. I'll bet he gets Filbert trained up in all sorts of naughty things and then Diego will just sit back and say ..... "wasn't me!"

I shall carry on regardless....except I shall try my hardest NOT to plant the entire contents of the seed packet...just a sprinkle. There are only so many sprout plants, spinach plants, cabbages, etc. etc. that I can fit in my raised bed and/or force on to my gardening friends.

Never tried adding glycerin to my hens' water - might give it a go.
I do know that giving them a drinker containing hot(ish) water to drink is a waste of time - as hot water will freeze quicker than cold water.

Found this site - www.memrise.com I'm learning how to recognise the different trees and also doing a course of Blood Cells of the Body (well, it looked interesting). Lots of fun stuff and useful courses too. Might have a bash a Mandarin later on (well maybe not - I'll have to do the Memory Training ...

The ticket machines in car parks that take your money only to chuck it out again. You are left with having to try to talk a fellow passenger or another car owner into swapping change at the ticket machine until the damned machine finds a 50 pence piece that it approves of.

The mice have neatly excavated and carried off all of the 24 broad beans which I planted in modules in the greenhouse last week. All that's left today is 24 neat little holes
Will have to replant and build wire mesh anti-mouse fortifications.
