I've just got back from 2 weeks in Madeira, where the parks are being watered with hosepipes Warm and sunny all the time, with Monarch butterflies and various dragonflies in abundance. Quite often see them from inside. Far too many to be dropped by birds :?

Very strong winds here again and rain to come later.

Just had a very bracing walk along the seafront. Walking at a 45 deg angle is the norm in these parts don't you know :)

Hi Gerry,

So sorry to hear that. We lost our parsons jack russell back in May and we still miss him.

We thought about not getting another dog, but we rescued a Shih Tzu at the end of August and haven't regretted it one bit.
