aubergines won't set
This year my aubergines, which are growing in my small polytunnel, have failed to set. Great plants (in large pots)quite a few blooms. However, all but 3 just dropped off. Wondered if it was the very hot, dry summer that had caused something like the dry set that toms suffer from. Any ideas anyone?

HI Andrew The worry with using your garage is a lack of light and while you can use growing lights, they are quite expensive to buy and to run. Unless you are growing lots of plants I wonder if you would be better with some heated propagtors on a bright windowsill indoors or in a cool room and then ...

Hi Lyn I reckon that as long as the ragwort has thoroughly broken down in your heap by the time you come to use it, the toxins won't pose any threat. However, you do have to be careful when weeding it and should wear good gardening gloves and to cover exposed skin as it can cause severe rashes. Pers...
