I got all the allotment grass cut today….but not over pleased with the new drive belt I put on it the other week. Although it’s adjusted up correctly for length, it’s still trying to drive the roller, even when the drive is disengaged…. So the only thing I can think of is, the new belt is just sligh...

I have been giving some thought to when we should start the Spring thing…. But as soon as we do, the snow and frosts will start….

Clive, we had a plane of some sort, doing all sorts of things the other day….take it they were doing some testing on it!

Well i’ts rained all day, again today….been pottering about in the glasshouse but, I really wanted to get on with some of the ever mounting outside jobs…..maybe tomorrow!

Something that i’ve noticed, and is a real shame is, most new members post their first post, get a warm welcome and a few answers, then don’t even come back on the forum, or may look once but, never reply! I know this used to happen occasionally, years ago, but nothing like it does now…..

Well we have had rain for nearly 36 hours, now Clive, so the sun and drying wind Friday and Saturday, have lost the battle again….with a lot more rain predicted over the next 10 days, I would say we will be well into April before we are working the land here! Then there’s the coming snow…..🫢🙂 Hope y...
