I have the photos loaded onto the computer from my camera. Can somebody please give me a step by step guide as to how to add them to my postings, got some great pics with my new camera, but dont have the know how.

freezing carrots

Has anybody frozen carrots before, do they still taste ok?, do you blance them first?, do you slice or freeze whole?. I dont know if to leave them in or pull up them all up.

I read in an American gardening book that if you place red plasic at the base of your toms they ripen quicker.
I have hung a largish sheet of plastic behind some of my toms and they have ripened quicker than the ones without red plastic. Has anybody else had any experiances with this

bannana skins

I always put bannana skins in the pots with my tomatos. they contain lots of potassium which toms love, dont put the fruit in too as that doesnot work as well ( ive tried it leaves tend to yellow).

Ive got some seed to sow for next year, what time of year did you put your seeds in. Do you think the seeds should have gone in a little later if they have bolted or do you think that it is because of the dry summer we are having this year. :lol:
